My period was late but the pregnancy test showed negative. Every morning, I wake up wondering, "Where are you big P??". No matter how busy I am, there will be that 5seconds of worrying about why I'm late. I know there's nothing much to be worried about but I just can't help it. I even went to see a doctor for a check up and he said that there's just nothing wrong. "Urghhhhh then why am I not getting my period?? Why ooooo why...."

"Stop worrying. Stop wondering. All that will only prolong your menstrual coming..." said Mr.

The past two weeks have been crazy for me. I cry every single day for the most ridiculous reasons. I get mad easily. Mr kept on saying..."Ish... you're just weird these days.. oh no! you're crying again!" and then I'll start laughing back. He even warned my parents, "Don't disturb the tiger...melenting nanti.."

It was as though the PMS hormones were being suppressed,  or like they're really really mad that the big P has not come yet. And of course, after some reading on the internet, there's also that thought in my head.."What if I AM pregnant? But it just doesn't show yet? And if I am, what if I'm not eating right? What if all this gym can cause miscarriage..." and the ridiculous what ifs thoughts just goes on and on and on making me more stressed up.

Then I tell myself to relax. I take some deep breaths, watch some TV..and the stupid thoughts come again. Urgh.

Then last night, you can imagine how relieved I was to know that my menstrual finally came..after 17 days late. Yay. I'm N-O-R-M-A-L.

Normal human beings dream of having nice body, nice cars, good job that pays well, etc. Well, do we know we can get those dream things easily if we are born rich , good genes or smart. However, do u think everyone is lucky? Guess not. Do u know most people strive and work hard to active something in their life. Most people just stop when they don't see any results. Hell yeah. How to achieve success when they stop? HOW? So that's the difference between success person and average joe. Average person dreams. They have big dreams. Big desires. BUT in reality, they are just greedy. Greedy for success but stingy in effort. BIG DREAMS must come with BIG EFFORTS as well. Sometimes we forget one thing. The first step of success begins with the FIRST STEP. Yes! Get moving for the first step. People who starts can be considered as a medallist in life. They are better than the other person who wishes/ dreams but not able to take actions. One thing to remember. There are 3 types of medal, gold, silver and bronze. A winner will go through all the way till the end. Till they reach their goal. They are the goal getter. Nothing can stop them. None can defy them. ONLY they themselves can defeat them. NONE others. So for the one who starts with the first steps and stop along the way, they are not losers. They are just the group of people who are not winners. AT least they moved. They tried. Only thing they are not there with the package of a winner.

FIRST STEP. SECOND STEP. THIRD STEP and it continues till u reach the top.

WHATS the LIMIT? The SKY!

Secret recipe of success - you, dream, motivation, believe, support system and actions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF FAIL? Try again with a better action plan. Remember one thing. GREAT people are not created in a day. one action. They try and try till they forgot they have achieved what they wished for.

If you guys are reading this, do take note that you are at the first point of reaching the success.

NOW grab a paper, a pen and draw what you wish for. All the best!

I came across one article regarding Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Albukhari and I find it interesting to be shared with others.

50 facts about his interesting life and principles.

Saya mahu meninggalkan WARISAN UNTUK ANAK BANGSA YANG KEKAL BERPANJANGAN.

2. (berkenaan know who) Bangsa lain tak mengapa tapi orang Melayu kena berdamping dengan orang politik sedikit-sedikit.

Tetapi tentulah ia memakan masa. TIADA JALAN SINGKAT.

4. Saya MENGENALI KEKUATAN DAN KELEMAHAN SAYA.

10. Saya pun suka kemewahan. Saya pun suka tengok dunia, ke Tokyo , New York dan London . Saya pun suka pakai baju elok. Tapi kita hendak bermewah setakat mana, hendak pakai baju banyak mana, hendak tidur dalam berapa rumah satu malam, hendak makan pun sampai larat mana ?

11. Dalam hidup ini kita sebenarnya TIDAK ADA STATUS,ADA MASA DI ATAS ADA MASA DI BAWAH.

17. Saya sedih media tonjolkan saya begini.

25. Orang kata saya takda duit tapi banyak hutang. Orang berniaga mana yang tak berhutang. Tapi MESTI TAHU BAGAIMANA HENDAK MEMINJAM DAN MEMBAYARNYA SEMULA . Ada cara boleh kita buat. Tapi sebelum berhutang RM100 juta mesti sudah fikir bagaimana hendak membayarnya balik. Mesti ada tanggungjawab. BANYAK ORANG MAHU SENANG TAPI TIDAK RAMAI YANG MAHU BERTANGGUNG JAWAB .

26. (perasaan setiap kali mendapat rezeki) . Saya ini kata orang Kedah, lebai kodok bukan lebai pondok. Tapi saya tahu hal-hal asas.

32. KEKAYAAN INI TUHAN BERI KEPADA SAYA UNTUK SAYA MENOLONG ORANG LAIN PULA.SAYA PERCAYA KEPADA KEBERKATAN REZEKI.HARI INI KITA TOLONG ORANG,ESOK LUSA ORANG AKAN TOLONG KITA PULA DENGAN CARA YANG LAIN.

35. Lifestyle ?

42. Sikap merendah diri perlu sentiasa ada dalam diri seseorang walau setinggi mana pun kejayaan dicapai.

44. SAYA SENDIRI BERHUTANG SAMBIL BERNIAGA DAN BUAT SUMBANGAN AMAL JARIAH.SAYA TAK MAHU TUNGGU HUTANG HABIS BARU HENDAK BUAT SEMUA NI .Saya takut kalau hutang habis saya pun mati dan apa pun tak sempat saya buat.

45. Saya biasa saja.

48.SAYA GEMBIRA DAPAT MEMBANTU.SAYA MAHU ORANG LAIN MERASAI KESENANGAN APA YANG PERNAH SAYA RASA.Saya tahu bagaimana perasaanya.

50. SAYA RASA KITA SUDAH TERLALU BANYAK KETINGGALAN.

Note:

When I read this article, I just realized that there are some statements which I have told my wife and some of my friends.

Reasons for me to be rich :-

1. To share my wealth with others who has no chance of having it. I want people to be able to sit in my luxury car, nice house, eat and dine and go to mosque together with me;

2. I want to help the poor, unfortunate and elderly.

3. Islam is simple. God asked us to pray only 5 times and to give some of our money through zakat and charity. BUT, the question is, is it sufficient to give so little when u are capable of giving more? Everything will be questioned at the end of the day. People want to be rich. Very rich. Do they know that being rich is not easy and once u r there, can u do more good deeds? The key to enter paradise to do more good things while we are still here. Being rich is one way to do more good things. That's a fact. Some of the world billionaires is practicing this. Giving more as they believe more will come in.

4. I want to build a mosque. A mosque where the muslims can pray and sleep. A mosque which is 24 hours. Unlike the current mosque in Malaysia which close at certain time. The mosque should have a place where there'll be people teaching, preaching and practicing what they want.

5. I want to spread dakwah and motivate/ inspires others to be great. Great in the sense of a weak muslim as what has been taught by Prophet Muhammad. My achievement is just a platform to attract more people.

6. I want to create businesses for poor people. Charity alone does not help others to get out from their poor life. If given a chance, I think those people can do better and improve their life.

7. Life is short for us to be selfish. God creates human for each other to learn and help each other.

8. I want to travel. Travel to see the greatness of Allah.

I hope one day, Allah will help me and guide me to the path which will lead me to paradise. Ameen.

About this time last year, Mr told me about his dream of siting in a Ferrari.

"Kan best kalau I ada kawan yang boleh I tumpang...duduk je pun takpe. I just want to sit in it, feel and dream..that one day, me too, can afford that kind of car..."

"Eh! That can happen! My aunty in Brunei's got a Ferarri!..."

And so, just last weekend, during Mr's 29th birthday, his wish came true. We went for a short weekendvgetaway in Brunei. Not only did he sit on the Ferarri, he was also driven in a Lambo.

At the end of the trip, he said..

"I'm gonna work hard dear.. for you and our future kids..One day, I will buy the Ferarri cash, without worrying about debts to the bank..I will be a good successful Muslim...insyaAllah dear. Let's pray that Allah will always be by our side, and we will always remember Him, even if he lends us billions of money here in dunia.."

I'm glad he got his wish granted..syukur Alhamdulillah! :)

Who says dreams don't come true? He wanted to sit in a Ferrari, and he got it. Who knows whats next right? Work towards your dreams ...and if Allah wills, he will grant you.

How many of us strive to be a good muslims? We all are created and designed to have big dreams such as big cars, nice house, branded clothes, loads of cash etc. How many desired to wake up late at night for Tahajud? How many of us take 5-10 minutes to pray Duha? Or how many of us actually pray 5 times a day? Ask yourself.

I have big dreams. I'm a dreamer, always has been. But a dream without hardwork, is useless.

As a human being, I can lie for all the desires that I have. Sometimes, I envy those people who has such fantastic cars, great jobs, big house etc. Compared to me, I have none of those. Comparing me and the street beggars, I am far away better. Comparisons will lead to temptations and there is borderline between being grateful and being greedy.

Have we ever say Thanks to Almighty for whatever we have or we keep on saying we are great when we get what we want? Can we spare some time to pray 2 rakaats of prayer when we receive something great? We say thanks to our boss when we receive praises, promotions etc. Wouldn't God love the people who remembers Him for whatever things He has given?

Being good is not easy. It is a behavior. A well desired behavior. A few simple ways of being good is by emulating the akhlak of Rasulullah. Smile, charity, being good to parents, maintaining a good language and always think of others before yourself. Simple. Start being simple and realistic. InsyaAllah, God will help us to be a better muslims.

A year ago I made an attempt to quit smoking and managed to actually quit for 50 days. Well, I thought I had won the battle but no! I made a wrong move by smoking a ciggie when I was out for an office trip with my colleagues. I thought a stick wouldn't effect my cravings but I was wrong. I once again become a smoker from there on.

I was told by my mother in law to quit smoking when I was engaged with her daughter. She asked me to promise to quit and I said I'll try to quit 2 months after marriage and yet, I was still smoking and it furiates her badly. I asked myself should I continue making someone angry or should I quit. Ok, if i quit because of her, I will tend to smoke again isn't it? Then its not about her. I've always wanted to quit. Well, whatever it is, smoking is not good. It's NOT COOL either. So for whatever reason it may be, I just ought to quit!

Well, I told Mrs that I will smoke the last ciggie on my birthday which was on 15th April. So from 16th of April to 18th of April, I have managed to stop. 3 days it is. So now my target is to complete the whole week of not smoking. All the best Mr! That's how I keep telling myself.

"I am stronger than The Great Wall of China".

All the best to you guys who is trying to quit as well. Let's keep on supporting each other.

A few things that I learned from the past failure:-

1) keep the mind occupied with something else;
2) DO NOT TALK ABOUT CIGARETTE. the concept is simple. e.g. You break up with your partner and you keep on talking about your x. Doesn't that means you missing him/ her? Being ignorant is the key.;
3) Do not tell the whole world you are quitting. The more people knows you are quitting, the more they'll try to bring you down. Logic behind this is smokers will not support their friends to quit as they themselves are unable to quit;
4) Drink more plain water. Less coffee, less sugar. This will detox your body and flush out the bad chemicals inside your body;
5) Eat less as well. When we eat less, the less we want to smoke. (this is just me trying to diet as well);
6) Pray and pray. By increasing our spiritual, we will not be tempted to smoke. (again, this is just something that I'm trying to do at the moment).

Well, I'll keep on posting about the progress and let's see if I can beat the crave to smoke for real this time.

May God be with me this time. Amen.

I was having a short conversation with a friend of mine while futsalling earlier and he was sharing a few tips with me.

He said, his principle in life is simple. He is motivated by DUIT or money in english.

I was like, money? Well, I guess everyone or almost all human being is motivated by money. Anyways, the interesting part about the DUIT is it is actually Dua' (prayers), Usaha ( effort), Istiqamah (steadfastness) and Tawakkal (trust and reliance on God's will). So there it goes. It has a wonderful hidden meaning under the duit (money) principle. Kinda cool it seems. I believe it is practical and doable. I'll try and see if this principle can work for me.

Last week, I was called to attend a 2-days video shoot for our company's corporate video. I was lucky that there were no scripts involved. We just had to pretend and act them out as there will be a narration throughout the video.

In order to make it look 'international', there were scenes shot in a chinese restaurant, as if we were in China.

We also had to wait for the weather to be gloomy, and put on really thick jackets - as if it was winter..(and I was sweating all over inside!!).

We went up the escalator and back down and up again, holding files and folders while talking bulls**t.

We pretended to attend a market review meeting when all we really did was open up Draw Something on iPad and showing each other our drawing skills.

I had to go up and down the stairs with Josh, repeating the same questions and finally ending the final round with "So..how many more time should I ask you this..What are you up to this weekend?"

Make up artists just pop out of nowhere with brushes in their hands, touching up our faces. Imagine talking to a friend and then suddenly, a person comes straight to your face and starts brushing and drawing things on your face and then suddenly move away.... randomly funny.

Scenes were repeated over and over again, because we were either walking to fast, or looking too stiff, or not smiling, or simply because they needed scenes from different camera angles.

Although tiring, I had fun though, and it was quite an experience! However, it was also an assurance that I will never ever take up these video/movie acting, hihi.

In a few days time, I'll be celebrating my 29th birthday. It will be such a memorable day for me this time around.

1. I will be celebrating with my wife since I just got married for 2 months; and
2. I will be celebrating my birthday in Brunei. I'll be sitting in a ferrari or if i'm lucky, I might be able to drive the ferrari.

Well, nothing feels better when u know there is a person who is lovely next to u. Will always be there whether he/she likes it or not. That's the best gift from God to me so far. looking at all the greatest man on earth, u can see that there will be a woman next to him. No man can achieve or sustain glory without a powerful woman next to him.

"She is a lovely woman Anas. Make sure u take good care of her." --This is a statement which I have received quite a number of time. Yes, I will take good care of my pearl. InsyaAllah, I will be the best for her. Finally I have a cause in my life to strive for the best. All these while I have been looking deep into myself and always been wondering what should I do. Why should I do things. bla bla...Now, I just know there'll be no more slip up. Whatever happens this time, I will be the champion for my wife and my family. I don't need to win a medal. It's about letting them know that they can be proud and happy to have a successful man in their arms.

Oh Allah, for my coming 29th birthday, I just want to thank you for the blessings that You have given to me and my family. May You grant us happiness and Jannah oh Allah.

There's really gotta be more meaning to life. Everyday, I wake up in the morning, head to the office, do some work and then head back home. Something just doesn't feel right.

Yes, I'm growing well in terms of my career, I've been exposed to a lot of different knowledge, bosses love me, final work product is good...and for all that, Alhamdulillah.

But really, do I want to live my life just working my a** off everyday for some other people? For all you know, they're just sitting down, analyzing the market, and meet up people for business opportunities and they earn much much much more. I've always known that I do not want to be in the corporate world. Even if I'm the CEO or COO or CFO of a particular company, so what? I will still be cracking my head for someone else's glory, right?

I want to be able to working my a** off for my own success, my own business. I want to be able to have my own flexible working time, so that I can distribute my time well for my family. Money is not the issue. Money (rezeki) and opportunities are abundant everywhere, its just up to how creative and hardworking you are to manipulate them. You can earn money in many ways, and being the slave to the politics of a corporate company is not it for me.

There's just no satisfaction. I've been running out of motivation to work lately. I'm not too sure if its the industry that is no fun or the money or that I don't have passion or interest in what I work on. I just need to contribute to the society. I need to make and see changes. I need to have a purpose in this world.

I need to start working on something that can bring wealth and also positive changes in people's life: a duo package.

Everyone is born with a purpose. What is yours?

This is not quarter life crisis right?

CEO Series 4 – Seelan Singham, Managing Partner, McKinsey & Co Malaysia
Writing credits: Chen Chow Yeoh

Thanks to the Young Corporate Malaysians for organizing the 4th CEO Series of Talk. This 4th talk on 26th February at Rumah UKEC featured Mr. Seelan Singham, Managing Partner of Mckinsey & Company, Malaysia.
Seelan brought with him 15 years of exposure at Mckinsey & Co, besides 18 months at restructuring ANZ Bank in early 1990s, when it was saddled with $600 million of losses. Seelan went to MBA at University of Chicago and before that, he was in Investment Banking. Seelan talked about Leadership as the most crucial issue facing Malaysia and he mentioned that we currently lack about 4,000 leaders here in Malaysia.

Seelan shared on 5 Things that he thinks are crucial for someone to be a leader. He says that it is our obligation to ourselves, to our family and to our nation, to be a good leader.

The first quality is to have dreams that scare yourself.

He talked about big dreams. One of the guys he showed is Sir Edmund Hillary, the first guy to climb Mount Everest. And Sir Edmund Hillary was a 6 feet 5 inch guy. Very hard for him to climb. But he managed to do it with sheer determination. So, we should really have very scary dream. Dream that we are scared for ourselves to even think about it. Dreams that make us shiver.

Seelan talked that those who are old, are those who look behind and talk about history. However, those who are old biologically, but young mentally, are those who continue to look forward. His father is one of the example. He is still working very hard, looking forward, although he is already 81 years old. He talked about courage to fail. We really have to try our best. At our age, especially for those of us in our 20s, there is nothing much for us to fear. We have the least obligation now. So, we should just go all out to try things that we might not try it later. No harm try and fail. He talked about how we should go against the flow and try things that no one wants to try. He turned down a Mckinsey offer after his MBA, although that’s what he really wanted to do. During that time, the then CEO of ANZ Bank called him to do a turnaround for ANZ Bank when it is saddled with losses, and Seelan took it as a great challenge and learned through the experience.

He talked that it is very easy for us to achieve goals, if we know what is the goals. What is tough, is to determine the right goals. He shared about a 15-year-old American who listed down 127 goals, and many of those are really crazy goals. But as of now, he has achieved 110 of those goals.

This brought us to his second point Stretch Opportunities.
He wanted us to really pursue those opportunities that others are running away from. We should go for those kind of opportunities, as it is the best training ground for us. He talked about how in his 2nd year of Business School at University of Chicago, he really wanted to go for Mckinsey and they are using point bidding system to get interview. He put all his points for Mckinsey. Then, when he went for his 1st interview, he really flung it. The partner told him that he flung it very badly, but they are giving him chance, and it is their first time doing so, as he put all his hope on Mckinsey only.
Eventually he got it.

But he turned it down after a few months of thoughts, as he took out the opportunities to turn around ANZ bank. After 18 months, he joined back Mckinsey. He just contacted back the partner and asked for it, and he got in. Seelan thinks that it is not mere coincidence. Over hte past 15 years, he does not always just choose the safe path. Sometimes, he would take the toughest path and he has failed several times. In his annual performance review, he has gotten all 4 types of ratings. Distinctive, tracking plus, tracking and issue. In fact, he got “Issue” twice and those are potential time to get sacked, as Mckinsey practices Up or Out. He cited that those periods when he went through hell, the support that he got is tremendous and he learned from those failure. His quote is that “Fall that doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger”.

The third point is caring mentor or partner .

Mentor is somebody who thinks that you can accomplish more that what you think you can do, and the person would tries hard to motivate you. In Business School, he has always wanted to go into Investment Banking. However, his mentor told him that he is much more suitable to be consultant instead of joining Investment Banking. At that time, Seelan was very upset with his mentor, but his mentor really cared to advise him, although it might hurt his feeling. Seelan said that the best way is that for us to see our dream, and from there, assess who should be the best person to mentor us. We should really go out to pursue our mentor.

The fourth point is giving .
Seelan says that giving would make us keep things in perspective. Eventually, the world is a very small place, and everything would come around. If we give, we would get back the reward one day. And if we do bad deed, it would come around too. He talked about how his 8-year-old son wanted to donate all his ang pows away to others in need, although he himself won’t be doing exactly like what his son does.
The fifth point is Mental Resilience .

It is that when things are very tough, are we able to stand and not give up. Seelan talked about how he tried to influence his 4-year-old daughter, but she has very strong mental resilience. On advice of how to develop mental resilience, he said that one aspect is on intellectual curiosity. The urge to find out why things happen. The second aspect is on divine intervention, as 50% of things are beyond our control. If we think so, then whenever things go wrong, we can always say that 50% of it is beyond our control, but it is so too, if things go right, it could be just beyond our control and it turns out fine.

Seelan asked about how many does mental exercise vs physical exercise, and interestingly 50% does physical exercise vs 10% who does mental exercise. That shows that we lack mental exercise. Our mind is very powerful and we focus a lot. But we need to work on our subconscious mind. He showed us a video and asked us to count how many ball passes went through. All of us just keep on counting, and we didn’t even realize a furry guy who walked through it, and it was just so obvious. I miss it. In total, only 1 person found it.

He also said that we tend to go through failures very often, but we tend to lack to spend time to go through our successes.

He leaves us with 5 questions:
1. Are we exercising our mind enough?
2. What more can we give?
3. Have we identified the right mentor? Are we pursuing our mentor?
4. Are we putting up our hand when we see stretch opportunity?
5. Does our dream scares us?

"Just Do It" , " Nothing is impossible" "Run Baby Run"...How many times have we heard all this? But why is it hard to just get up and start exercising? Why? I don't get it!

People who are already in that lifestyle will not find it hard as it is part of their life. For someone like me who has stopped for quite some time do feel the tense. Seriously I am starting to feel annoyed looking at myself. Honeymoon after married can be fun and enjoyable but if there is no control in terms of food, yeah, food, you'll gain weight as fast as the Japanese bullet train. It's so damn easy to gain weight but it ain't easy to lose weight.

Well, I think I need to draw a line now. Either now or never.

I'm gonna be 29 by 15/4/83 which is a week away from now and I am making a new resolution.
Start hitting the gym, eat healthy and work smart for career. Playing in life is fun but I don't want to be left behind as compared to those high achievers.

I don't want to be driving a beemer with 20kg's extra at the tummy. People used to say "it's the sign of prosperity". - Nope! Not anymore.

Champions are made in the kitchen. I gotta agree with this statement. My best motivator is my own wife.

"Win" - Adrian from Rocky II. That was just the statement spoken to Rocky before his fight against Apollo.

Wow. 3 words that can inspire someone so badly.

So what is my motivation?

I am number 1. I am the winner. I am the champ! - well, these are statement I spoke to myself.

Hopefully, my coach aka my wife will have something to say to inspire me to be the new modern Rocky!

Talking about pregnancies, I've been making a joke when people ask me if I'm pregnant yet.."Anas is the one who is already 3 months pregnant!"..because he really has gained a bit of weight there, especially at his tummy!

He stopped going for bootcamp classes & gym and haven't been controlling his eating well and there you go!

So for the past 2 weeks, I've been doing healthy meals for him: chicken wrap for breakfast (no sauce! no cheese!), usually comes with salad/fruits. Lunch: only small portions. Dinner: no rice! As for snacks, bought some bananas and oatmeal cookies for him to munch whenever he's hungry in the office. OMG, he just loves to  munch all the time that it's important to get him healthy snacks.

Sometimes in the evenings, he'll jog or swim or hit the gym.

While loosing weight is the primary objective, subsequently we want to establish a healthy lifestyle. Thus, every action that we take, needs to be moderate, so that it is sustainable. Pushing too hard will only last till you reach your primary objective, and the pooffff! back to the unhealthy lifestyle which may in the end, lead you to gaining back your weight.

INITIATING healthy lifestyle is NOT EASY! Firstly, healthy food costs more and unhealthy food always tastes good! To exercise, discipline and commitment is needed. But we need to do this! We've generated this unhealthy-making us sick- lifestyle from growing up and we just need to generate a new lifestyle! A healthy one!

The key is MODERATE. Don't have to quit eating rice. Don't have to say NO to Baskin Robbins. Just have less. Don't have to run 15km EVERYDAY. Don't push and punish yourself too hard that you find it suffering and unsustainable. You need to enjoy the ride!

I on the other hand, never been loosing or gaining weight, thus my only aim is to practice healthy lifestyle, while subsequently toning my flabby parts of my body AND also to support my darling husband in achieving his goals.
Mr's aim is to firstly loose weight, which needs a little bit of some extra push here (no rice etc) but ultimately once that primary goal is achieved, we hope to keep being moderate and make healthy living a habit, something that is already in the subconcious mind, something that doesn't need any conscious effort.  - A LIFESTYLE.

Lets do this Mr!

When couple get married, everyone is expecting the newly wed to have babies immediately.  This will come eventually from the parents. Me and my partner is entering our two months period and there is no sigh of babies   yet. What I learned is babies is actually a sign of 'rezeki'. Couples can plan but eventually God Almighty decides it. Sometimes I will make some jokes when people ask when will u be having babies. My reply will be, u take the phone and ask God directly.

Now I truly understand the pressure for some couples who have no babies. They want it badly but still no signs of babies. Surroundings can't be expecting too much as it can lead to pressure to the newly weds or any couples itself.

Illegal relationship produces more babies then the legally married couples. It's so true though.

So conclusion is, DO NOT PUT HIGH HOPES and HIGH EXPECTATIONS for the newly wed as it can create some moments of unhappiness if there is no news yet.

Last Wednesday, I was all mentally prepared to be separated from Mr for the first time since we got married. I was going to attend my department's teambuilding session during the weekend.

Then on Thursday, the committee members called me up and asked me if Mr is free and would like to join the trip as an official photographer...FOC but with accomodation, meals and transportation all included. Hello?!?! Of course!

So last weekend, we got our 4th free honeymoon, and not even 2 months married! Firstly was 2-nights stay at Hard Rock Penang, right after our reception. Then, a trip to Kelantan for a friend's wedding, which we got free 2 nights stay at a beach house (thanks to Qilah's aunty), and then came the 2 weeks stay in Mekkah & Madinah, including one special night stay at the Abraj tower overlooking the Haraam masjid, and then now free 2 NIGHTS STAY AT GRAND LEXIS PORT DICKSON BAYBEHH! Syukur Alhamdulillah...semoga sentiasa dimurahkan rezeki sebegini.

Grand Lexis Port Dickson is literally GRAND. We got the water chalet unit all to ourselves, which comes with two king size beds and a jacuzzi with some parts of the floor being transparent which to me, is pretty awesome (got me kiddish and excited hihi). Some of my colleagues got the room with their own personal small swimming pool in their room - which is even more awesome!

That was my first team building ever since I started working. We were divided into groups and had to compete each other on the most creative cheer. We also had to perform on the last night there - in which I was surprised to see the bosses making a fool of themselves! Hehehe cool sgt boss boss saya.

Here are some pictures taken by Mr. during the event:
