Habits.

Good habits are never easy to instill. You need that new environment or that new friend to be the catalyst in change. I've been trying like FOREVER to get rid of these three very bad habits of mine:

1. Procrastination
2. Punctuality
3. Misplacing things

I've succeeded a few times in changing but failed miserably in maintaining them. It will last for a month maybe and then when i break the habit, even once, i'm back to my old self again.

They say you're supposed to practice them for at least 3 months or until it has become apart of u that if you don't do it, you feel uneasy. When will i ever reach that stage?

Everyday, we improve a little bit of ourselves. Everyday, we become a better person. Self-reflection.
