Everyday is about learning new things. Everyday is about improving and progressing. Don’t we all do that?
1. Instead of saying that "I will go to the gym tomorrow", which I usually don't, I've decided to set only 2 days per week to go to the gym - Monday & Wednesday.
2. I make it a point to pray 5 times a day this coming 2 weeks. Hopefully from there, it will eventually become a habit again.
3. I will leave home at 7.50am every morning.
